Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.


  1. Deal Sourcing:
    • Generate as many qualified potential acquisition targets in any given industry. This will require hard work and creativity in utilizing sources available. Once identified, information will need to be collected on the given target and organized in our internal database. A target will be considered qualified if it meets our target investment criteria.
    • You will be required to strategize with management on how to engage with target company.
    • Tasks include
      • Cold calling companies, institutes and government agencies
      • Drafting emails and letters to business owners
      • Managing internal database
      • Following-up on companies using contact history
      • Conduct industry research
      • Conduct company research
  2. Deal Assessment:
    • o Once deal is active and owners are engaged in a potential sale/transaction process, we will work on several important tasks including:
      • On-the-ground data gathering
      • Financial modeling and benchmarking
      • Preparing deal summaries for investors
      • Conduct due diligence and coordinate with professional accounting and legal firms
  3. Management of Portfolio Companies:
    • Continuous monitoring of company’s data and KPI’s
    • Developing reports to management on updates on the portfolio company
    • LP Reporting
    • Dealing directly with portfolio company employees and management
